We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Associate Sales Coordinator. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about growing and learning in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Sales Coordinator at Una, your primary responsibilities will include:
- New Member Account Creation and Management
- Account set up with supplier partners, including US Foods and Sysco
- Manage follow-ups and communication with the USF and Sysco setup team.
- This includes but is not limited to LOPs, NLAs, and Joinder Credit Apps
- Perform Food “Market Baskets” and work on other various analysis projects
- Miscellaneous customer service tasks and requests from members, including but not limited to:
- Member follow-up
- Cross and up selling
- Member issues
- Supplier connection requests
- Track daily and weekly US Food and Sysco spend amounts
- Work with Una’s Database Administrator to manage all account spreadsheets for monthly and quarterly reporting purposes
- Present monthly and quarterly reports to management team
- Submit and track all sales and partner Contract Price Activations (CPA) daily
- After a year in the role, this individual will be responsible for managing all food reporting, with the potential to take on other reporting duties as well
- Submit all location roster requests to Una’s Operations team
- Upload the GPO member IDs into Salesforce upon receipt
- Build relationships and foster growth with our close partners and members
- Identify continuous growth and savings opportunities for members via Pinpoint reporting and other tools
- Backfill when/if other Una team members are out
- Educate and train channel partners and members on Una’s processes and expectations
- All other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Manager

Qualifications
- Ability to travel as needed during Una’s onboarding process during the first 90 days
- Ability to travel to Kansas City area 2-3 times per year for team building activities and company retreats
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Foodservice and/or food distribution experience with emphasis on GPO business models preferred but not required
- Salesforce experience is preferred but not required
- This individual will be expected to become Salesforce-obsessed and will receive as appropriate training as needed.
- Microsoft Excel experience preferred but not required
- This individual will receive Excel training as needed.
